Takealot communication is BAD

Takealot has been one of the pioneers in online shopping for south africans, and i've always received good service. The last month though i've changed my opinion totally, and would not recommend takealot to anyone. Even Amazon in America is faster and more responsive than takealot. After it took them almost a month to deliver my order, there were an item missing. After following up, the only reply i receive is a ticket...really... They need to sort out their communication otherwise the whole south africa might just move to other online retailers.
