takealot communication

In one week you managed to loose my parcel of one order and deliver the incorrect stock on another order, and the communication I received is was non existent! one order was a anniversary gift meant for the 3rd of Aug , I received the package 2nd of aug and it was incorrect immediately logged it, it took Takealot 4 days to collect the parcel and I still do not know if I will receive the correct sock and if I will receive a credit but needless to say our anniversary weekend will be without a gift. When my other parcel was lost in transit , no one informed me , not one phone call or email , I called the call center to follow up. Communication from Takealot is when something goes wrong is terrible
