TAKEALOT. com, What a JOKE!!!

Excellent customer service is NON-EXISTENT ...It's my first time ordering something through TAKEALOT. com and what a disappointing experience. I placed an order on the 27th of November 2018...on the 5th of December 2018 I went on the app to track my order just to find that my order was canceled without me being informed. I then placed another order for a similar item and yet again it's out of stock so they keep pushing the date out without informing me. Phoning customer service was an absolute joke!!! I can't even cancel my order up until such time as the order has been shipped. I won't be home on the new delivery date which I've made VERY clear however they don't seem to be bothered about that. I will NEVER recommend TAKEALOT. com to anyone nor will I ever order anything from them again!!
