<p>Takealot selling pc downloads from steam (Mechanic Escape - PC Download)</p> <p>Takealot send me an email with the key i downloaded the program Steam then downloaded the game then typed in the key when i want to run the game for my son the game is faulty i e-mailed takealot on 19 June 2017 @ 14h24 and to date they did not bother to assist me with this problem i also requested that they refund me but they refuse.</p> <p> </p> <p>At the same time i purchased also a PC download (WOW Collection- PC download) This game do not exist on steam product list this one after a few e-mails on 19,20 & 22 June to takealot they refunded me on 26 June.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to me if i purchase something from any shop and the product is faulty i take it back to them and surely they do not send me to manufacturer to sort my problem out. and this is exactly what takealot are expecting from me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Karien</p> <p> ********** 104</p>
