Takealot.com ruined Christmas!

<p>I'm so upset with #Takealot. I ordered Christmas gifts on 8th and was supposed to receive it on 22nd. I went to track my order and see they have changed the date to 29 Dec without informing me. Now I'm going to have a very sad group of children on Christmas morning. They say they will contact you if you the estimated date changes but they did not. I spoke to Robin Korvee a manager who was no help at all. She couldn't offer me any explanation on why I was not informed. I'm a regular buyer and to see their don't care attitude was very sad. They have since started the process of a refund but I have no idea if I will get it in time to buy the kids another gift. Thanks for ruining Christmas Takealot.com </p>
