TAKEALOT.COM POOR SERVICE

<p>On Monday, 31st of January 2017, I bought and paid a laptop via Takealot.com's IPay system, which means, the payment shows immediately . Here is my story<br />* On Monday I made a payment via your I Pay system, which means it will show immediately. <br />* On Tuesday I sent an Email to query that my payment does not show and I was required to sent proof of payment, which I did Tuesday. At this point I would assume that someone must have noticed that something is not right. No one contacted me.<br />* On Wednesday I phoned and speak to Raihanna. She said that she spoke to financial Department and it will take 2 - 3 working days, but my laptop will be delivered on Thursday 2 February. Unacceptable as I paid by IPAY<br />* On Thursday my status was still awaiting Payment. I Phoned and spoke to Aziem, who apparenty spoke to finance dept but did not came back to me, and they said 2 - 3 days.<br />*Friday (3d of February) my status still shows payment outstanding. I phoned again. I spoke to Mafiekah. She told me the same story. She spoke to finance and they say it will take 2 to 3 working days for the payment to show. I asked to speak to a manager. She put my through to Recardo who is a teamleader. He spoke to Finance dept and now it is again 2 -3 working days. Same old same old.</p> <p> </p> <p>At this stage I was very frustrated, because this was meant as a birthday present on Saturday and sure is not going to happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 12:15 Recardo phoned me back and said that the payment does show now, so I wil recieve my laptop next Wednesday.</p> <p><br />I was really not happy at all, as Takealot has done absolutely nothing to help me getting my parcel any quicker.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked Recardo I want proof of every email that was sent to finance dept (there must be 4). I want to see who got it, and who just ignored it. He said that he was nog allowed to give my that information.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband phoned and spoke to Insuf and demand to speak to Ika. Needless to say, that did not happened. So I assume Insuf just ignored the demand or Ika just ignored the demand. </p> <p>In the meanwhile, Mafiekah phoned me back and said that she was busy compiling the information of all the correspondence to finance ets. </p> <p>Now this is getting interesting as Recardo, who is a teamleader said that he is not allowed to give it?</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, that email, also was not sent to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>So who knows... maybe 3 February 2018 I will recieve conformation of payment and the next year my laptop?</p> <p> </p> <p><br /><br /></p>
