Takealot.com not honoring their pricing

<p>I am a long returning customer of Takealot.com. Today i am utterly disgusted by their means of operation. I bought a tablet online this morning which was on special. I used my ebucks to pay for the tablet which was no problem at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>Payment was deducted from my account and order was accepted. Shortly after that i checked my order status, it showed as Allocating Stock to Order. Everything went well until i recieved an email from Sheena Solomon stating that my order has been cancelled and my funds credited to my account. Without my knowledge my order was cancelled and then i was informed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Reason for this being is that a inadvertent error caused certain products to be shown as available for sale at an incorrect price. Upon becoming aware of this error we immediatly removed the product from the website. But i already paid for the product, how can you cancel my order and not honor the deal? Whether is was intensional or not, you are liable for false advertisng? </p> <p> </p> <p>The picture of the item had the sale discount percentage on it, the item price should the discound and the retail price as well as the savings. How can this be a inadvertent mistake?</p> <p> </p> <p>Other retailers honor their pricing mistakes whether intentional or not, misleading or not. Takelot is definitley misleading the Public with their advertising and expecting the consumers to be fine with it because they dont have the time to stand their case. </p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot your intergrity is definitley being challenged. Totally unacceptable ! </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable </p>
