Takealot.com non refund

<p>I had the worst firts time experence with takealot.com. I placed an order for a DSTV explora and a few days later i received an email saying my order was cancelled but a few after that the money was debited out my account and the decoder delivered to me. I logged a return and a refund because i had already purchased it elsewhere. To this day i havent received my money back </p>
