Takealot com no care in the world

Takealot with their empty promises and false advertising on shipping are nothing more than money grabbing ****s. We placed an order and paid for next day delivery, which takealot gladly deducted with our purchase. We even went through each item to ensure it was in stock so that there would be no delays. Upon completion of the order and payment, delivery date notice was set for 17 May 2022.we specifically paid for next day shipping as the order is for a birthday. Upon calling takealot to find out what is happening, there consultants are unhelpful and don't have a care in the world. No assistance at all. So be lware of takealot. They in my opinion and I'm entitled to an opinion false advertise and ***** your money. Why offer next day delivery at a premium and then send it 13 days after order has been placed.
