Takealot .com incompetence

I ordered an item and the courier company made me wait two days from 8am to 5pm. Apparently I was not there to receive the delivery which is a blatant lie because I even briefed the security at my complex to expect the delivery. They confirmed a no show but takealot insists I was not there. They want me to wait another day and not go to work. NO I want my money back. There are countless emails back and forth, escalations with no resolution. They dont allow you to call their “courier” company or collect at the warehouse. After being a loyal client for many years Im done with takealot.
