TakeAlot.com: False information fed to client

So, concerning the notebook I purchased and sent in for repairs TakeAlot.com told me that they could not give me a refund because the Supplier says there is nothing wrong with the notebook.

However, Melissa whol called me today, the 16 August 2016 at 9:20AM tells me the notebook has been fixed. So, now I hear from Melissa that its been fixed. Are you kidding me? I was refused a refund because the word was , it wasn't faulty, now I hear its been fixed......

I want to know from TakeAlot.com how exactly they fixed bad sectors on that faulty hard drive?

See attached image of their tracking system which says this return has been concluded! That is also feeding some false information to the client.
