Takealot.com doesn't Deliver

<p>I ordered a simple set of colored pens from takealot after xmas and was told delivery would be on the 3/01/2017.i am still waiting. I just keep getting Sms messages saying the delivery date is being pushed out all the time.</p> <p> </p> <p>no one has the decency to actually call and advise what the problem is.</p>
