Takealot Collection was denied where I used to collect it at delivery office

In the past when i get an SMS to say that they deliver my parcel the next working day and it falls on a Friday, I used to call the office and ask if i can collect it at office. I was advise i can not collect it at the office. it is pathetic, i always show my Order Number plus my ID Number before i collect my parcel.
