Takealot collection point Vereeniging

Went to Vereeniging collection point for a collection ,staff are rude and unhelpfull , what should have been a pleasant experience turned into a shouting match with an arrogant lady behind the counter , clearly not well versed in customer relations , wont use that service ever again and will spread the word to friends .If she had just phoned takealot for advice problem would have been sorted out . Very unpleasant experience .
