Takealot collection Ormonde

Dear Takealot Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Takealot Ormonde branch. My experience was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and concerning from a customer safety perspective.

During my visit, the staff members on duty were rude and dismissive. One of the employees even pushed a trolley towards me, causing my boxes to fall off. This was not only disrespectful but also unsafe.

When I requested assistance in moving the trolley to my car, I was told that because it was a collection order, I had to take the items to my vehicle by myself and return the trolley on my own. The manner in which this was communicated was rude and showed no willingness to assist, even though the items were heavy and the trolley had just been mishandled by their staff.

This level of service is unacceptable and far below the standard expected from Takealot. I kindly request that this incident be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to ensure no other customer experiences similar treatment. I also expect a response regarding the outcome of this complaint.

Thank you for your attention. I hope to see an improvement in service at the Ormonde branch.
