Takealot Collection Issue

Son ordered a lot of stuff from takealot , they split the order ad to go twice to pick up part orders. Monday picked up 1st part of order - was fine , Wednesday went again - collected what I assumed was the remainder of order. However 2 items where missing & takealot is simply blase & don't care about resolving the issue. Obviously the 2 items are @ the premises or has been ****** by their staff !
