Takealot - cold and unsatisfactory purchase and return process

Poor ability to manage returns...bought Garmin Fenix 6 Pro that did not function...paid extra for next day delivery...now returned to drop off point, but no way to communicate to someone senior?! Staff behind counter useless and of no value?! Totally cold and unsatisfactory process!!
