Takealot clients stay away poor service delivery

Worst service ever received. I have order on the 8th of december with a delivery date of the 18th of December i checked online and my status has not been changed still chilling with Order paid. I have made contact with customer care and no one does not even do the effort to get back to you to tell you whats going on. This is Christmas presents i am leaving tomorrow, if i knew this **** was gonna happen i would have not order with takealot not in my life. So Potential customer be vary do not order from takealot their customer care does not give a **** about you nor does your order worry them they are sitting with your money why should they care
