takealot christmas service sucks

placed an order on the 19/12/2020, delivery was supposed to be the 23/12, however, the confirmation email says the 11/01/2021....how is it possible to take almost a month to deliver items that are in stock in your cape town warehouse......these are supposed to be Christmas presents.......called the customer care and was on hold for an hour with no answer, quick to take my money and airtime but after service is terrible
