Takealot charging without delivering. No communication

Ordered 6 items. 5 were delivered. I emailed a query and received a mail from someone called celeste. After responding that my boxes weren't tampered yet, she didn't care to respond.

There's otherwise no response. I haven't been credited or any communication received for a week.
