Takealot charger

I recently purchased an iphone compatible charger from takealot with a warranty of 6 months. I had the iphone charger for less than a month and the charging point broke off, which is clearly an indication that the product is of poor quality.

I logged a return as it is still under warranty, however, takealot has declined my request to return the product and provide me with a new one.
