takealot charged me for delivery
Hi,<br> <br> I am not sure why takealot charged me for delivery. I have bought things on takealot before also. This is the only time i got charged for delivery. I only noticed this later after placing delivery. I did not expect this from takealot. Looks like takealot is becoming worst now since couple of weeks. I have also experienced problems with my last order. <br> <br>

As much as we'd love to, it's unfortunately not possible to offer free delivery on all orders placed with us. The reason you were charged for your most recent order, was because the total value was less than R250.00. We offer free shipping for any order that has a total value of R250 or more, for any purchase made via our App or on Daily Deals items. We're sorry if you weren't aware of this, but hope this clarifies matters for you.
Notes on our system also indicate that we did contact you about the F1 Racing Car order issue & resolved this with you. We've instructed our complaints team to get in touch with you to make sure we didn't miss anything & will gladly assist with any grievances or questions you may have.
