Takealot changing prices and canceling orders - Cheating Customers is Takealots way of doing business

I purchased 2 tents on Takealot.com . The tents were R120 and marked down to R100 ,I purchased 2. The sale was completed where my money was deducted from my account. A few days later when the item was supposed to be despatched, I get an email from Takealot,indicating that the items I purchased had the wrong prices advertised. They will be canceling my order and they have corrected the price on their website. They didn't indicate any other parties or sellers,everything was Takealot,according to the email I was sent. It was not my job to double check with Takealot if their prices were correct,or check if they wanted to increase prices because they suddenly valued an item more. They did not discover the error prior to me purchasing and paying for the item. Days after monies were exchanged and products were to be delivered, Takealot decides that the items shouldn't be sold at this price. Without discussing with me,they canceled the order and *********ly changed the price. If an error was made on the price,and you need to rectify it,it should not affect the person who has already paid for the items. Now when I am addressing the same with Takealot and clearly indicating that I want the goods and not a Credit, Takealot now says the item is sold by a third party. I am now told to deal directly with the third party. I am also urged to report the 3rd party if their response is unsatisfactory. This has all been mentioned AFTER I advised that i want to report Takealot. They have provided no contact details for the third party. They have not reached out to the third party,but they were comfortable to quickly remove/cancel my sale,and update the prices on their website on behalf of their third party. All I see on their site in terms of a 3rd party is a name,Decathlon,but I didn't buy from a third party,i bought from Takealot. This is ********* behavior as you can't advertise something and then when it's time to honor the deal,you are cheating the customer.
