Takealot changes the rules

I ordered from takealot and chose the option to give cash on delivery. They sent me an sms to say my order will be delivered the next day. That day a consult phoned me to say that they do not accept COD. When I asked why the option was on the website she hung up on me. After I called their courier about 6 more times and was hung op on each time eventually I got hold of a manager that \sorted out"the problem and told me my orders will be delivered later that day. The next morning they called me to say they can't deliver because I chose COD as my payment option. I then had to speak to 3 different consultants and explain my story to each one of them. I found them very unhelpful until one of them eventually \""sorted out the problem\"" and told me that my packages will be delivered the next day. The next day they told me AGAIN that they can not deliver it because of me choosing COD as an option!! The consultant also had no answers to any of my questions and was very unhelpful. And she also had no record of all of the conversations that I had had with other consultants in the previous two days. """
