Takealot? Certainly describes them well, they take a lot. Some would call it theft.

If you're reading this, just scroll a bit and see the reviews for Takealot over the last couple of weeks... Then don't use them. Seriously, check the number of complaints they've racked up in 2 weeks. I've been using them since they were called Take2, but they won't see any more business from me.

Abysmal service. Instead of 2 good bottles of wine, they delivered a cheap bottle of Whisky. I logged the return and after waiting a week, was told their stock check confirmed their mistake. Another few days wait and they add a credit for 1 bottle of wine. I've been trying to query why someone decided that they feel entitled to keep the money that I paid for nothing in return, but it's impossible to get hold of anybody. Every time that somebody promises to investigate, they simply send an email confirming that the credit has been app**** for 1 item. How many times do I have to point out that you failed to deliver 2 items?
