Takealot Cellphone Blacklisted

I bought a phone form Takealot early 2022. In October 2022 the phone stopped working on Vodacom. According to Vodacom it was blacklisted. Not by Vodacom, but by Takealot or their supplier.

I have tried on numerous occasions to deal with Takealot - to no avail. They do not respond except to send me mails asking me to rate their useless service. I eventually returned the phone asking for a refund in early December. I finally got a response saying the phone was received. No Refund. No Phone.

Do not buy Phones from Takealot!!
