TAKEALOT.. cares very little

Waiting all day for my package after receiving 4 texts saying they're delivering. Only to then receive a last update after 5 saying recipient wasn't home. No call or text saying hi I'm outside your gate. Absolutely terrible service for a company usually know for great service. They then gave me no option to reschedule...making it look like it was my fault. Very disappointed at this bad service. How do i get contacted all day about my parcel being on its qay then all of a sudden I wasn't there to receive it
