Takealot can't keep their delivery promises

I don't if Takealot is making promises their delivery people cannot meet or if their delivery people are just not up to the job. My order status is currently:

"Insufficient address details. We'll contact you to verify the address and reschedule delivery."

Which is bizarre since takealot has managed to deliver to this address numerous times in the past, even as recently as 16 days ago. I don't mind if they are delayed in delivery but don't make up lies to justify the delay. I hope the package gets delivered eventually.

The number of bad reports makes it appear as if Takealot service is worsening.
