Takealot - cant get hold of anyone to assist me when things go wrong

I have generally had excellence experiences from Takealot and buy a LOT of stuff from them.. I have come to hello peter because i dont know where else to turn this time.

Their courier collected the wrong box of stock from me 6 weeks ago ( he didnt have a clue which parcel he was collecting) and they have still not returned it and i cannot get hold of anyone who knows anything...my box of stock is missing in their warehouse.

I have emailed at least 10 times, phoned, escalated this , requested a team manager call me and still NOTHING, ZERO response from management. I am very disappointed in this pathetic service and lack of interest and am ready to take my business elsewhere if this is not resolved ASAP (Ref RRN-C1D1-BDDA)
