Takealot can't deliver

My order (book, TV and pills) was scheduled to arrive yesterday. It arrived, but they couldn't find the book. So, I could not sign for the order. The TV and pills were taken back and they said they would deliver when they found the book. Order was spilt because the book was lost in transit. Delivery arrives for the second time today. Drops off tv and pills.

The TV is severly damaged and I've had to log a return request. So, the only item Takealot has managed to deliver was a small box of pills.

It's Friday tomorrow and the core of my delivery, the TV, is a busted mess. The failed delivery and poor state in which my products arrived is shocking. From the delivery guys bumbling around in the truck to the person trying to make sense of what's happening on the phone, at the depot, the customer experience from Takealot is subpar. You're going to have to do better than this to compete with Amazon.
