Takealot can't change an adress.

I have purchased a gazibo today from takealot.com.There was an error on the pick up point. I have phoned a consultant to assist he was very friendly however he could not assist.

So now my gazibo is going to Cape Town, I can't cancel my order or change the adress.

So I lose R1400 without any help.

I think this is very unprofessional for a online company.
