Takealot can't care less
Worst. Just want to cancel delivery and collect as logistics and time constraints on my side (which I am a whole week up ahead pro active about). Dead ends everywhere. Customer service doesn't process a single word a client actually speak to them. Usual don't care big business bully their clients because we won't be able to do anything about it anyway.
No surprise either that actuall contact email adress is not possible to find online

17 Jan 2020, 01:57Takealot not only completely didn't deliver on time despite endless effort from the client side, everything i ordered was supposed to serve for my overseas trip, only to receive on my return AND they send the wrong product. The other part of my order i don't even need anymore as I have returned from overseas already. Customer service was terrible as well to say the least.
