Takealot cant be trusted to refund you if there is a problem with their order.

I ordered a combo deal of 2 X 3d printing reels. I collected at Montague Gardens depot in December. I could see immediately that 1 reel was missing as the box was too small for both. I opened the package in front of their dispatcher. He couldn't help me.

I have since written numerous emails, made numerous phone calls. I was told repeatedly that a manager would contact me. This has never happened. I am still waiting for some kind of refund or response.
