Takealot can't be trusted!!

I'm utterly disappointed with Takealot Brackenfell!! We purchased a smart watch and 3 times they send us either something that's broken or second hand tampered goods. The first time the watch was delivered it was broken and then the second and third time the watch was second hand and the boxes was tampered with. I contacted take the takealot customer service and yet again they were no help at all. How are you supposed to trust them with giving you good quality products for the amount of money that you pay if they send you broken and tampered secondhand goods. Also when you arrive at the branch all the staff are standing outside smoking in there uniforms where the clients can see them. The manager has a bad attitude towards you and with that he stands with a moon bag over his uniform and sunglasses inside the place and try to give you customer service like that!!
