Takealot can't be contacted/ delay of delivery

I placed a order over two weeks ago and was expecting order two days ago, when I went to check the date it moved on a week and now it's moved again. There is no way of contacting Takealot to find out what is happening, the delivery date now is almost a month after the order date. This is unacceptable as there ia no communication. Very unhappy with Takealot.
