Takealot cant be bothered!

I ordered sublimation paper that I urgently needed. It arrived on 9 Nov late afternoon, so I went to collect on Sunday morning. I got there and upon receiving the box, it was featherlight which could not have been a rim of paper. I immediately opened it just to discover I had received a small bag. I logged a return immediately and left the package there. I immediately phoned Takealot and asked them to urgently dispatch the paper as I had an order to complete for next day delivery and I was also leaving for the holidays that next day.

The agent said they would escalate the matter which they did. I then got an email from Takealot basically saying " Sorry, our bad but we cant help you, we have processes to follow before dispatch" (I have paraphrased based on the message I got from their email)

Surely they can do something to correct their mistake but they simply could not be bothered. I am disappointed as I regularly buy from them.
