Takealot cannot process a refund

I placed an order for a set of 5 books. Upon delivery only 1 book arrived. I was told that they will pick it up, which they did, and will receive feedback. The feedback was never received and the issue closed/concluded. Placed another order for the same set of books and only received, 1 book. This time the pick up was scheduled and completed and Not updated on the tracker. No communication from Takealot about why I keep receiving one book, no processing of the refund, no processing. Dealt with a call centre agent Yiannoula who was extremely rude. Please can I have the recording of this conversation. Disgusting.
