Takealot cannot honour delivery dates!

Your service has gone from reliable to USELESS!! I paid for goods and was given a delivery date. The date passed and the goods were not delivered.I then get a message to say that I have been reimbursed with no explanation. The second item I ordered passed the due delivery date and to date there has been no correspondence from you. Your service is is ********** to say the least. Won't be dealing with you again!
