Takealot cannot cancel

Last week-end I ordered 4 x 1 meter Zodiac Pool Cleaner pipes from Takealot. About an hour later I tried to cancel it. We did buy the pool cleaner from takealot but the pipes were not sufficient. I begged them to cancel the transaction - there is no way this could have been loaded over a weekend and so quickly. Now it's been delivered and I don't want them at all since my husband found some old pipes he could use to lengthen it. There is a law on my side for buyers' remorse. They absolutely ignored me flat-out and I cancelled in very good time. My order number is Order #***9. I don't know who signed for the package here at my home. I wasn't here even.
