Takealot cancels order AND keeps the money

I placed an order for a phone with Takealot. They accepted my payment and confirmed the order. A day later the order was cancelled by them without any explanation, save that the product was now suddenly not availble. Did they refund my money? No. I was informed that my account had been credited and that I could use it on future purchases with Takelot. No offer of a refund, and no function where I could request a refund (not that the latter should be necessary). So be careful You may end up with a lot of your money sitting in Rakelot's account..
