TAKEALOT CANCELS CHRISTMAS!!!!

I ordered 2 items from Takealot on the 1st of December and paid this on the same day. My items were expected to arrive on the 15th of December. I phoned the customer care center to follow up and confirm the date and they notified me that it is still expected to arrive on that day. I logged on to this pathetic site to track the order and to my surprise, the play dough I ordered was out of stock, but the guitar hero live for ps4 was in stock. I contacted the call center again to find out what the hell was going on. They informed me that both Items have been shipped, and delivery is expected on the 18th of December, the play dough arrived but NO guitar hero. I phoned them once again and spoke to 5 different people and not one of these was competent. I had no Idea what the hell was going on. Eventually after many phone calls from 9am to 5 pm, some dumb idiot told me that they had lost the guitar hero and I had to buy something else. I explained to them that if I wanted something else I would buy something else from the start, as this was my fault that they guitar hero had gone missing at the damn warehouse. Nobody at this stupid provider had the decency to make alternative arrangements, or even try to assist me. PATHETIC!!!!!!

So thank you Takealot for spoiling Christmas! I have no time to buy something else and frankly do not have the money to compensate for this gift!!!! The deal from Takealot was the best price, therefore the ***** reason I ordered it from them, as I could not afford to pay the R1300.00 it usually costs. Your guys are a bunch of idiotic, *********** staff that clearly do not realise the importance of this day, especially if the stuff you order from them is the only **** thing someone asks for. I would pay to see your kid's faces when someone takes that surprise from them. I will have no gift to give my Child over Christmas. THANK YOU TAKEALOT!!!!!!!! You do not even deserve the one star rating!
