Takealot Cancelled Payed Order

Bad Experience..I Place an order on takealot on which I had a credit available.

I use the credit when I made the purchase and paid the balance of the order via my debit card.

Takealot canceled the order after a few days.

They only credited my account with the credit I had previous and not the amount that was paid via my debit card..This is truly bad for business.

You can't even get hold of them.

Takealot is slacking in the customer service department.
