Takealot cancelled order

Placed an order, delivery date given on fast track date and extra payment added to order, paid R70 additional, but when order was placed, it gave me a delivery date one whole week later. This is deceiving, so I go on the app to cancel my order. Surprise, surprise, you cannot cancel the order until it gets delivered or SMS sent to tell you delivery on the way. Why would you let this process go all the way through to dispatched to client, and you already have a logged ticket to say, please cancel my order. No wonder they not profitable, it's these insane process they have, that you cannot cancel your order until it reaches a certain stage, DELIVERED. I want my money refunded, so I have to wait 1 week for delivery, then have to "cancel" then wait how long for my refund. It's freaking bizarre.
