TakeALot Cancelled My Orders

We ordered computers from Takealot.com and it arrived after nearly 2 weeks of waiting, no worries we were glad it arrived, unfortunately it arrived whilst the Looting, Burning & Unrest was happening in KZN & out of fear for our own safety we decided to wait until things calm down and then we would pick up. A few days later we get emails telling us our order has been cancelled and the items returned? We were not even called to inform us that our order would be sent back if we did not pick it up by a certain date. To add insult to injury we then had to wait days before takealot would credit us for the items THEY cancelled, meaning we could not re-order these items in the interim. Now we have to wait a further 15 DAYS to get this order again, once again that we did not cancel and was cancelled on our behalf.
