Takealot cancelled my order with no refund

Takealot cancelled my order with no refund. I have emailed and only get automated canned responses back. No call back, no refund into my bank account or Takealot account. I was not even advised of the cancellation. Poor pathetic service after I have spent thousands of Rand's buying from them
