Takealot cancellation of order disappointing

I cancelled an order on 15th Aug and the following day used Takealot's online messaging system to request confirmation of the cancellation. There is no way to call Takealot and 5 days later I still haven't heard from them and still no reversal of my credit card charge. Disappointing.
