Takealot Cancellation of Order

As long as you don't make a mistake placing your order things run smoothly. But heavens help you if you realized you've made a mistake and want to cancel or change your order!

I have Googled how to cancel an order and discovered that the process given is no longer available! I have tried 4 (FOUR) times to contact them to cancel my order and YET today the driver was here to deliver it. I explained to him and GOT AN SMS THAT THE DELIVERY WAS UNSUCCESSFUL!!!!

Due to this ****, I've already went out to buy the correct product from someone else.

Takealot should really make it possible for customers to cancel orders before delivery as petrol is expensive but currently you can cancel an order ONLY after delivery!!!!!
