Takealot canceling a request for returning my defective order

10 December I requested to return my order ok takealot, which is the Laptop that is not working properly, I can't download apps from app store and it's slow. Now, 16 December, they canceled my request, I don't know what I'll do with a defective laptop😤😠. Please help me. I sent another request today at takealot.
