TAKEALOT can not send an order not once but twice - joke of a company

Takealot has become a ****** business , I order a samsung phone and a can of Toilet spray was sent . A phone matching the spray ?? I called and spoke with someone and then the standard email gets sent please send the Barcode and the item then a collects gets made . This takes a few days and then they decide to credit it , instead of the unit that you ordered been sent to replace the incorrect item . This process takes days and then you get a credit and not item. Speaking to the call center a few days .Asked to talk to the manager and surprise no manager every time I called just an email been sent . I got a credit and then ordered the phone again and guess what its the item again I choose which was in stock and then I got a hard drive . The process starts again and I tried to contact a manager and guess what you get an email and you don't get a manager and still no item is delivered . TAKEALOT is a mickey mouse online company whose service and getting the items you order is a joke. TWICE an all you get is a call center with EMAILS and no management or a unit . IT WOULD BE A WIN TO SPEAK TO A MANGER AND TO ACTUALLY GET THE UNIT THE CORRECT UNIT .
