Takealot can not deliver parcel from 29 Aug 2021

Placed order on 29 Aug 2021 with Order #***5. Delivery scheduled for 6 Sep 2021. Then got message that parcel went missing with courier. Rescheduled for delivery on 8 Sep 2021. Nothing delivered and when checking on website, it says "incorrect scheduling - parcel not yet received" and this is at the takealot offices in Alrode, Alberton. They seriously need to up their game as this is unacceptable.
